Molly Gottschalk took a hiatus from earning her photography degree at SCAD to spend two years in Los Angeles as muse and assistant to David LaChapelle. She followed that up by working briefly for the photographer, and her mentor, Ryan McGinley in New York City, where she then spent the next year and a half splitting her time between writing and creative direction in fashion editorial photography and music video production. In her writing, she channels her often wild experiences with some of the world's top photographers, bringing a unique insight into an extremely personal side of the art industry.

Molly has recently returned to the west coast, and is seeking to reacquaint herself with a city she knew upon leaving that she could never forget...
